We feel the sun everyday
In our homes, on our ways,
The moon, though, is left unattended,
Because we sleep while it shines.
Travelling on a highway,
I noticed a shoddy moon,
Different from the movies and the books,
It was way more turbulent, yet serene.
It kept following our car,
Like a private detective,
Hiding behind the clouds,
I saw a very different moon.
